 I am writing today to urge you to co-sponsor the Internet Freedom Preservation Act of 2008 (HR 5353). This important, bipartisan legislation protects the free-flowing Internet from blocking, censorship and discrimination by powerful phone and cable companies.
Tens of millions of Americans rely upon an open Internet in their daily lives. Our elected leaders must protect our basic right to communicate from those who want to take it from us. The legislation calls for a nationwide series of public hearings about what the future of the Internet should look like  a an important step to bring these crucial issues into the light of day.
Please help in this effort by joining Reps. Markey and Pickering in support of the bipartisan Internet Freedom Preservation Act. Thank you.

Today, the system of Network Marketing is change drastically. Gone are the days of the various MLM scams making people go through unscrupulous downline financial disasters.

An example of this is Global Domains International’s, website.ws – the next dot.com big thing.

I was very very hesitant in this before. However, I feel confident now because of the business essence of this networking business.

Martin Lurther King – Thanks for the Freedom

Rev. Cecil Williams of Glide UMC in San Francisco announced the march that today starts from San Jose’s Freont Train and Bart goes to Port Townsend and ends at the Civic Center for celebrations.

A lot of us were babies or even not yet born when 1968 came for Dr. King’s assasination.

But, sometimes I just reflect on the different discriminations that I still encounter in daily life either disability, income, being Asian/Latino American, gender, etc.., If I am still going through such an ordeal can you just imagine if MLK did not fight for diversity. What kind of world would it had been today.

Luckily, among my circle of friends, I have a United Nations of individuals. Thank God for Dr. King and for democracy.

Les Hinton, steps down from News Corp. to be with Dow Jones

I remember Les Hinton as an ally of Billionaire Investor Rupert Murdoch in Australia and the Uk. This guys has incredible wits and business genius.

I guess the $5 billion Dow jones merger is indeed a very big deal. Hence, James Murdoch, Murdoch’s annointed son was promoted to replace Les. Kudos and Good Luck to Les.

Living frugal day to day as a disabled individual is a challenge. Customer service is focused on understanding, listening and showing emphathy to customers. As a customer with limited financial capabilities, Itry to remain positive when businesses perceive me as powerless and they won’t achieve any future on me. As a seller, I try to deal with each customer on a case to case basis weighing the facts, situations, or even fraudster. Yet, I believe that not until I know all the facts can I make a self assessment. Hence, it is quite conflicting to exercise your own humility towards people while outliving the challenges or perceptions I deal each day. Thus, hello world, the power of money and perception? Who wins and what is right?
